Kai Zhang
VP of Construction & Interior Design
Kai is a licensed architect in California and a graduate of Pratt Institute. He has served as a project manager at an architectural firm, overseeing several civic projects, including the Belmont Community Center, Millbrae Recreation Center, Burlingame Recreation Center, and the San Mateo Recreational Facilities Master Plan. He designed the Yorba Linda Public Library and Cultural Arts Center, winning architectural awards. As the project manager for the Dublin Cultural Arts Center, he successfully transformed a police station into a cultural arts center. Kai also designed and renovated Ichika restaurant in Milpitas, which has become a popular Japanese eatery in the Bay Area. He is currently an adjunct professor in the architecture department at CCSF.
